Multicolor Beryl (Morganite & Tourmaline) from Skardu, Pakistan

Yesterday I read again about the beautiful multicolor beryl from Skardu (Gilgit-Baltistan , Paksitan) that were found in 2014. The beryl crystals are pink at the bottom (Morganite) and blue on the top (Aquamarine). This is a very rare combination. The piece that is listed for sales at Arkenstone/Irocks is $ 7500 and it is a wonderful piece. And I agree, it must be one of the best bicolored beryls ever found ( 9.0 x 7.3 x 5.2 cm): https://www.irocks.com/minerals/specimen/47857?

They also got a video of it on https://www.instagram.com/p/B2mksDiFglJ/

But I am also luck that also I did get a very good piece from this finding in 2014. Today I uploaded pictures it so you can judge for yourself. The piece in my collection is not for sale, and it measures 17.0 x 12.5 x 10.8 cm (2,4 kg).

Here you can watch the gallary for piece in my collection: https://www.website.norwayminerals.com
