Here is a very big and nice amethyst. This one has crystals that are bigger than you will normally see.


The crystals are nice and sharp, blank on the bottom and dark blue on the top. One crystal is cut off, but otherwise, damage-free except at the bottom of the edges.

I have collected minerals all my life, and this one is a specimen I had in my collection since I was a child, so it is collected in the 1980s or earlier. Unfortunately, I don't know the location, but I would believe it is from South America.
