Artichoke Quartz from Sør-Varanger, Finnmark, Norway

Fantastic specimen with artichoce quartz (smaller ones grown into the bigger one). Razor sharp with a lot of small crystals grown together. There is a tiny damage in the top, and  one small crystal in the bottom is cut off at the edge.

This one is one of the best I have from this location.

I found this one together with my father back in July 1992.
