Location: Seiland, Finnmark, Norway
Huge albite crystals from Skarvebukta, from the location where you will also find some few Albite crystals with Moonstone effect. This one does not have this effect, but it is very rare to find such big crystals (I only have some few ones on this size)
The biggest crystal measures 97 mm at its longest. It has clean faces, and a big natural mark at the top, also some small damages along the edges. There are also a couple of other albite crystals, which are partly damaged. There is some brown coating on most of the albite crystals. There is some bluish reflection of light on the video, but I would say this is more reflections and not Moonstone/Schiller effect.

This specimen was found in the early-mid 1980's by my father, Gunnar Mathisen.
